Express Sanitation Services, LLC is a residential trash pickup service that proudly serves the people of Pike County, Georgia and Spalding County, Georgia.

Terms and Conditions

Express Sanitation Services agrees to collect and dispose of accepted waste products bagged inside provided bins during the duration of service. Customer agrees to remain responsible for bin(s) provided by Express Sanitation by keeping them in working, non damaged condition. If bin(s) become damaged, lost or stolen while in custody of the customer, the customer agrees to replace bins at the price of $100 per bin.

Customer agrees to only dispose of accepted waste and not overfill bin(s). Customer agrees to bag all waste. Non Acceptable products include the following : Yard debris, paint cans, tires, appliances, oil, propane, flammable chemicals.
Customer agrees to place bin(s) curbside the night prior to scheduled pickup day. If bin(s) are failed (not curbside, or in sight) the day of scheduled pickup, the customer has the option to call the office and pay a redirect fee to receive a pickup the same week. Customer acknowledges any waste unable to fit inside bin(s) will be considered overflow and will only be disposed of for an additional fee.

Customer acknowledges any animals or pets that hinder Express Sanitation Services from collecting and disposing of waste will result in a failed pickup. Express will not return until animals or pets are put away. Any injuries resulting from an animal or pet will be solely the homeowners responsibility. Express Sanitation Services is not responsible for any animal or pet on customer’s property.

Customer acknowledges quarterly payments are due on the 1st of each billing quarter. If payment is not made before the 7th of each quarter, a late payment of $10 will be added. If no payment is made by the 10th, there will be a disruption in service until payment is made. If service is canceled for any reason, there will be no refunds given. If payment is not made before the third week of the quarter, bin(s) will be repossessed from the property.

Express Sanitation is not responsible or liable for any damages that may occur to property. Damages include but are not limited to Driveways, Lawn, Sidewalks.
