FREQUENTLY Asked Questions (FAQ)
When will my trash be picked up?
Your trash will be picked up on your specified day sometime between 5am and 5pm. NOTE: Our truck route may change/adapt so exact pickup times may vary each week. If your trash was not picked up on your scheduled day, please contact us.
How much trash can I put into my bin?
Our trash cans are designed to hold up to 50lbs of bagged trash. Please bag all trash as our helpers will not reach into the bottom of the bins to grab loose trash.
What types of trash can I dispose of?
We only pick up regular household trash. Yard debris, paint cans, tires, appliances, oil and other chemicals will have to be taken personally to a transfer station to have these types of items recycled.
Does all of my trash have to be bagged?
Yes! All trash needs to be bagged and contained in the trash can/bin. This will assist our helpers in safely and efficiently emptying your bins into our truck. NOTE: Our helpers will not pick up loose trash from the bottom of your trash bin.
Do I have to use an Express Trash can?
Customers will receive a new trash bin with service at no extra cost. However, excessively damaged, defaced, or missing cans will result in additional fees for repair/replacement.
When will my trash NOT be picked up?
Your trash will not be picked up on our set holidays (found at the bottom of the page). Your trash will also not be picked up if you are behind on payments. You may also notice your bin was removed from your property. If you suspect an error, or your trash wasn't picked up, please feel free to contact us.
